Furthermore your typed electronic signature and the use of a password that you personally select are in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign), 15 U.S.C.A. ยง 7001-7031 (Supp. 2001) and is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this agreement and of their use within this software program itself.
Additionally once you log into the website all your actions will be recorded and any additions, deletions, corrections or changes will be assumed to have been done by you and with your authorization by your use of your unique user credentials which shall be the equivalent of your manual signature until you log out of the website.
